Thoroughly clean and dry your equipment, ensuring all original accessories, manuals, and protective packaging are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Our Facility

Affix your RMA label clearly to the exterior of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier to our authorized service center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
